The big watch trend has hit Swiss watch maker, Swatch, as the timepiece giant debuts the New Gent. Swatch takes an old favorite and enlarges the case and strap to give it a more modern feel. The New Gent will retain the same silhouette as the current Gent, and feature both a day and date function. The watch is powered by a Swiss quartz movement and comes in a gamut of colors.
adidas Originals is no longer content with just developing an extensive collection of classic kicks, they are now trying their hand in timepieces. Starting this Fall adidas Originals will have a special New Your City Watch collection. The watch has a similar look and feel to G-Shcoks line of digital watches with a rugged plastic exterior matched with a digital LCD face. The watch will come in a few different combinations and will be available at adidas Originals retailers worldwide.
